A cattle prod might make him fall off.....then you've got batteries to worry about
OOH....electrify the screen....see no batteries, you can wire it into the mains.

I'd have thought the best option would be barbed wire around the guttering.

The news spread around Iowa about my deceased father in law (Frank Greenwood).
Here is what The Des Moines Register picked up:

The coroner told us blunt trama knocked my father in law unconscious, and he drowned. His brother John died of a heart attack attempting to get help. It has been a rough weekend, but we are hanging together through it. Thank you for your indulgence.

considering the background Leo is displaying for this message appears to be a storm on Jupiter, the telescope idea might be a good one:)
Dvorak on the roof is a good idea, but I think you'd still need the barbed wire to stop him getting out and frightening the neighbourhood kids.
good memory, Munk ;-)

Get him job for a roofing Co.

Tell him that Star Jones is out there somewhere - waiting for a teenage boy to open his window so she can have her way with him.

You could always put a lock on the window and throw away the keys.

Move him to the basement.

Bees! Put a bee hive right outside Henry's window! That'll get him to keep the screen on.

Line the roof with lots of mouse traps...he'll be back inside as soon as a foot touches the roof! :-)
