Leo. I don't know if this is the place or the time to ask but have you thought about a sci-fi book podcast? Steve Gibson and few others could easly fill an hour talking sci-fi books and the concepts in them. And yeah I know. Another podcast!
Yeah but it was of course the the different twitters views on the sci-fi books that was interesting. Plenty of Macshow but only one Andy Ihnatko or Merlin Mann in macbreak. Of course I know Leo have enough to do.
Hmm, not like I don't have enough to do at the moment, but I've just completed my 52nd episode of podcast.geekcruises.com, and maybe it's time to get into the "next thing"
Leo, maybe you could get Steve Gibson to write a program for you that automates all of the podcast uploading, you just put in file name, Podcast title, and maybe notes. Maybe, ;P
Hey Leo... what's the typical lag time between you posting a podcast and it showing up thru the iTunes feed? It seems to vary, and I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing.
And to think I was futzing around with a Linux feature in Perl. Turns out you can tell the Linux kernel "hey, keep an eye out for any files that get moved or copied completely in this directory." Make a small script that just wakes up when Leo FTP's a new podcast in a dropbox, and publish it.

If you really want it now use this link. Don't modify it or TWIT won't get the hits. It sort of rhymes.

I thought you had an automatic publisher Leo? Or is that only used when you are planning to be out of town.

Until recently I thought you had the whole thing automated. We're not going to die if you're a couple of days out... :)
Keep up the good work!

You could just do that from a cron job. Doesn't require a special "linux feature".

I wonder if Leo forgot to publish Tech Guy #348 ( April 29th ) also...hasn't shown up in iTunes yet. No biggie, I just got it from the KFI site
