I wish Cachefly would make the new MacBreak Weekly available so I can finally here why you guys think of the device.
On the subject of you being bored with it, there's some people on Howard Forums who agree with you. They got bored quickly and are already longing for additional apps to put on it.
Well, it's an iPod/Phone/Internet accessor. I think it's really supposed to be more of a many-uses-over-long-term device rather than a constant-stare-at one. It's a well done phone, not the collected works of Shakespeare.
I realised yesterday that even when it comes to the UK I wont be getting one. I'd be bored after a few days. It's the 'Paris Hilton' of phones- nice to look at and play with but ultimately vacuous. Us geeks prefer our smartphones like Amber Macarthy - style AND substance :-)
I'll wait for the new iPod and stick to my Nokia's.
I can see in the next few weeks plenty of ' If only they allowed third party apps it would be awesome' type comments. Maybe in the future they will......
