I'm working on my artwork. How do you like the avatar? :-)

What's the cost per page on 19x13's? I do 4x6's at home unless I'm doing several.

I got 50 sheets of 9x13 photo luster paper for $83. The ink is about $10/cartridge and it uses eight of them, but at least you can replace individual carts. I'm guessing it's no more than $2/page - which is pretty reasonable unless you do a lot of proofs!

They came out lovely by the way. Great printer. (It's replacing my Epson 2200 which I loved almost as much.)

That's good for the size. I think it's about $2.50 for 8x10's here. My Canon 6600D does good 4x6's. You'd not be able to tell the difference from a store printer.

How do the photos fair over time with a bit of sun hitting them now and again? I have always used photo labs to produce my prints. There are so many of them around my house that I can upload the photos and then within hours they are ready. Dye-sublimation printers seem to be the way to go for longevity or am I too old school?

I just think that over time it is always better to just send your prints to costco to get printed, that way you never pay for the sheets that get messed up and the ink that gets clogged.

I use Shutterfly for my professional print services, but I've been looking at the R2400 as a potential proof option. Thanks for the mini-review, Leo.
