Getting molded earpieces feels real weird - but not unpleasant. There's quite a sucking sensation when they remove them. I have two molded earpieces but the tubes attached to them broke - so I brought them in to get them replaced. Good as new.
I think it's around $150 for the earpiece. I have had three made, but I only have two left. I used to keep losing them on the set of The Screen Savers.

Leo, Are you replacing one of the molded ear pieces? As in getting latex poured into your ear and waiting for it to set?
I've always wondered what that's like.
