Ugh. That's happened to me before, usually on weekends, since I have easy access to caffeine here at work. :) I try not to stock much pop at home, and don't drink that much coffee, so sometimes I get the caffeine withdrawal headache. It's not easy to get rid of, either!

French press worst for you (can't recall why, but a search should reveal it.) ... Good to give up caffeine for a couple weeks a year, but not not easy. If it gives you a headache if you don't have it, one would surmise it is not totally good for you, despite studies.

I hate caffeine headaches. Gotta love all the energy drinks on the market now thanks to redbull.

Didn't know Illy made tea. They make awesome caffé (espresso).

Leo, your headache must have been contagious. I woke up with one this morning. But hey, as a real "jones" I have am obliged to have a strong need, desire, or craving for something all the time - but more often it's tech stuff instead of tea.

If you can get off both tea and coffee, and endure the headaches while your body de-caffeinates, you'll then be running on your own true energy eventually. It's tough, but worth it.

Been there, done that. Killed adrenals and damaged liver. Little caffeine a dat is OK. A lot - nope.
